RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Patrika Publication, we strive to provide high-quality books and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a simple and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original condition with packaging intact

 Note: Returns are not accepted for products that are used, damaged by the customer, or requested after the return window.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at support@patrikapublications.com
  2. Share your order details, reason for return, and clear images of the product
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on the return process.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the same payment source
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer

4. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement at no extra cost
  • Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Products returned after the specified return period
  • Items without original packaging

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
